Shipping

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs. The available options and their costs will be presented at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeframe

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, the exact timeframe can vary based on the shipping method selected, destination, and any potential delays beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

We ship globally. However, international orders might be subject to customs fees or import duties. Customers are responsible for these additional charges.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number (if applicable) via email, enabling you to monitor the delivery status.

 

Return & Refunds

1. Duration of Return Window

Our return and refund policy is effective for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Any requests after this period will unfortunately not be considered for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

For an item to be eligible for a return:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It should be in its original packaging.

Exclusions: We have certain items that cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food and flowers)
  • Newspapers and magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

3. Proof of Purchase

A receipt or other proof of purchase is essential to process your return. Kindly avoid sending your purchase back to its manufacturer.

4. Refund Processing

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will email you to notify about the status of your refund. If approved, we will promptly initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

5. Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price can be refunded. Items bought on sale are exempt from being refunded.

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. For an exchange request, contact us at info@iamcosmic.com.

7. Gifts

For items designated as gifts and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. If the item wasn’t labelled as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be directed to the gift giver.

8. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for bearing the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. For higher-value items, we suggest opting for a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance to safeguard your interests.
